The 3rd annual Logan Film Festival will be a celebration of independent film that focuses on artistic expression and alternative views instead of big Hollywood names and budgets. Film Festival spokesman Jesse Budd says the selected films were submitted from around the world and out of 43 films that will be screened, seven of them were made in Cache Valley, 12 in Utah, 13 in the USA and 11 internationally.
The films have various run times and are both narrative and documentary in nature. Budd says the festival team is excited to be screening “20,000 Days on Earth”, the documentary feature that was premiered at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival and received two awards for editing and directing.
