The Logan Film Festival starts Thursday, Sept. 25, and runs through Saturday, Sept. 27.
In addition to showing independently made films, the event also includes Q&A sessions with filmmakers. A Q&A generally includes the director and producer, but could also have writers, editors, actors and other crew members as well, said festival organizer Tyler Woodbury.
Thursday’s Q&A is with “Ephraim’s Rescue” actor
Richard Benedict, who played the older version of main character Ephraim Hanks. The film, released by Excel Entertainment in 2013, was directed by “17 Miracles” filmmaker T.C. Christensen. The movie is not in category competition but is still eligible for audience choice, according to the festival’s website.
